Returns

If once you received the order you are not happy with it, it was not what you expected, or you have realized that it is not good for you, do not worry. We make things easier for you to make the return process as annoying as possible.
As a user, we inform you that according to art. Article 71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and the amendment of articles 68-79 and 102-108 of this decree Law 3/2014, in force from March 29, 2014, you have a period of 14 days, from the date on which we deliver the order, to make your return. You should know that the costs generated by the return of the product will be borne by you (Art. 101.1 RDLg 1/2007).

HOW DO I RETURN?

The first thing you have to do is contact us via email info@higienefactory.com or by calling us at 695 546 988 Once we have a record of the products you need to return, you must ensure that the material is in perfect condition, that is, with its well-sealed packaging and original content (including warranties, labels and instructions for use if any).

It is essential that the material to be returned has not been used under any circumstances, because if you have used it you will not be able to make the return. In case we receive the product in conditions of deterioration and / or visible use, we will return it again, generating shipping costs that you will have to assume as a user.

It is very important that you return the perfectly packaged products to us. In case the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return. Once we receive the goods in our warehouse and check that all the above conditions are met, in HIGIENE FACTORY we will manage the return of the purchase amount, including the freight generated in the first shipment.

RETURNS OF INCOMPLETE, DEFECTIVE OR ERRONEOUS ITEMS.

If you receive defective, incomplete or erroneous shipments, HIGIENE FACTORY takes care of the return and transportation costs. You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving it. After the stipulated period the return costs will be borne by you.
